The authentic rustic Tuscan Table dates back more than 3,000 years and has changed very little since the time of Caesar Augustus. The secret to its longevity lies in keeping food simple and delicious. This elegant simplicity is achieved by knowing how to choose and prepare the freshest ingredients each season has to offer. Chef Gianfranco Natali is a native of Tuscany and a descendant of a long line of accomplished culinary masters. In his kitchen, he shares time-honored culinary secrets and traditions that have been passed to him through the generations.
Imagine sampling a delightful spoonful of Olive Press Soup (Zuppa Frantoiana) just as the olives have been pressed and the oil still has a trace of pepper. Sop this up with a slice of extra coarse bread. Sample robust red wines, refined rosés and delicate whites as you achieve a hedonistic balance of the palate and spirit. Step back in time and lose yourself in the narrow lanes of Lucca while searching for some of the best chocolates this region has to offer. The soul of Tuscany is revealed in the medieval town of Siena. Visit the renaissance city of Florence, which is surrounded by enchanting foothills, while the Duomo triumphs as one of Europe's most spectacular. The essence of these cities captures your imagination, whisking you away on a delicious journey filled with superlative wines, mouth-watering foods and breathtaking sights.

Reservation Policy
Reservations must be secured by a non-refundable deposit of $1,500.00. Final payment of $2,500.00 must be received no later than 90 days prior to the start of the program.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit may be refunded if you cancel more than 90 days before the class begins and Treasures of Tuscany is able to find another person to fill your space. All refunds are subject to a $200.00 service charge per person to cover fees.
