Aolmaia Tuscany has designed individual or small-party cooking classes, wine tours, cuisine tours, cultural vacations and also can arrange unique customized holidays. Their base is between Pisa and Firenze, and their programs reach the most remarkable sites of Tuscany such as Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, the Chianti, Montalcino, the Cinque Terre and more.
The cooking programs are unique for their variety: every day a cooking class by a different chef or cook in a different kitchen is offered, in restaurants and private houses of a different town. The results is a wide exposure to differing cooking styles which means you will discover the true Tuscan Cuisine in all its different interpretations.
The wine programs are based on personal friendly relationship Aolmaia is honored to have with the best and most famous wine producers of Tuscany and they can count on the assistance of an expert official sommelier who will reveal to you all the secrets of wine degustation.
Other specific programs, not only eno-gastronomic, are based on Aolmaia's familiarity with all the traditional and local events of the region.
